Inspired by warm ‘sommer’ nights sauntering through Vienna, our new summer menu evokes fresh flavours and vibrant colours. Providing a light and tasty bite to reflect summer in the city whilst paying homage to our Austrian heritage.

Think Dressed Crab with egg, parsley and melba toast, to a Roast Beetroot Salad or a light Grilled Salmon Fillet with heritage beetroot, kale and a dill & horseradish sauce. Our dishes, carefully handcrafted by head chef Jenson Santos, cleverly reflect the decadent flavours Austria is most famous for, whilst providing a light and refreshing spin.
