Celebrate Marylebone Food Festival at Fischer’s this April
Marylebone Food Festival
We’re joining in this year’s festivities with a special menu of regional specialties, which can be enjoyed throughout the week. Read on to find out a little more about what’s on offer and to book your table.
Taking place every Spring, Marylebone Food Festival celebrates the epicurean diversity of this neighbourhood we are lucky enough to call home. And this year, our Head Chef Claud Grant has created some menu specials which can be enjoyed all day, from 25th to 30th April.
On the menu
A traditional German beer-infused cheese dip, Obatzda is a hearty snack or starter combining camembert with beer and butter! Best enjoyed as a starter, you will often find this dish on the menu across Germany’s famous beer gardens in the warmer months.
For a main course option, why not try our Veal Roulade? Stuffed with sauerkraut, garlic cheese sauce, and pickled gherkins, it comes served with traditional Austrian Knodel (small dumplings).
While those in the market for dessert, may be interested to try Claud’s Austrian pancakes – filled with an apple compote, macerated raisins and served with a vanilla-infused caramel sauce.
Each dish can be ordered individually, but if you do wish to order all three then you can enjoy a complimentary cocktail. Carefully balancing the honeyed notes of Tokaji with juniper-rich Tanqueray gin, and sweet, herbaceous Belsazar white vermouth, the Tokaji Martini is a perfect accompaniment to our menu specials.
